Gallagher’s work has hung in galleries around the world and he has curated international collage exhibitions in New York City, Berlin, and Cork County, Ireland. He is represented by Illustration Division, and his art has appeared in publications such as The Yale Review, The Paris Review, Juxtapoz, and The New York Times; and was featured in the HBO Docuseries Sex Diaries as well as Shoppe Object 2024. His series of Collage Workshops have been held at locations such as The Painting School, Happy Medium, Hot House, Artist & Craftsman, High School of Fashion Industries, and Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
